Marketing and Communications
Video Editor
1-2 hours/week
We’re looking for an experienced video editor to drive our video strategy and elevate the Women@Tech brand. We’re a fast-paced but fun team with loads of opportunity for a new team member to make a big impact. Be responsible for Women@Tech’s video guidelines and how this is expressed across our video assets, and more.
Digital Marketing Executive
1-2 hours/week
In this role you will support various work-streams with digital marketing expertise including:

Website updates and improvements as part of the digital team (no programming required)

Creating designs, assessing user journeys, providing feedback on the website.

Campaign support - helping to come up with creative concepts; delivering campaign assets; and developing packs
Campaign Executive
1-2 hours/week
In this role you will support various work-streams with campaigns expertise including:

Supporting campaign lead with execution of campaign strategy

Management of campaigns with a focus on generating brand awareness and driving sign-ups to events and initiatives

Responsible for delivery of campaigns across a range of activities including campaign design, delivery, optimisation and reporting
Marketing Planner
1-2 hours/week
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Marketing Planner to join our Marketing Pillar within the Women@Tech Group committee.

Working collaboratively across our committee pillars (e.g. events, impact, development and community) to coordinate marketing requirements.

Support the marketing team to manage the marketing plan ensuring campaigns and marketing activities are briefed and delivered in a timely manner.
CMO (Co-lead)
2-3 hours/week
We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and visionary volunteer Chief Marketing Officer to help elevate Women@Tech’s brand and foster a vibrant culture. In this exciting role, you’ll collaborate with our Chairs and Pillar leads to set the brand strategy, shape our go-to-market approach, enhance our web presence, and ensure a consistently positive experience for everyone engaging with Women@Tech.
Internal Comms Manager
1-2 hours/week
We’re looking for an Internal Communications manager who is proactive, engaged and digital-first. This is a new role in a growing organisation, with loads of opportunity for a new volunteer to gain real-world skills and make a big impact.
Events and Networking
Virtual Events Specialist & Content Coordinator
With an increasing emphasis on virtual events, the Virtual Events Specialist manages and coordinates online networking events, webinars, and virtual meetups. If you know how to craft compelling written and visual content (slides for online events) that enriches the experience of our events it would be a great advantage. This role collaborates closely with event managers, speaker liaisons, and team members to shape narratives that resonate with our target audience.

The In-Person Events Coordinator for Women@Tech is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering engaging in-person events that support the Women@Tech community. This role plays a key part in creating inclusive, high-impact experiences that drive connection, learning, and visibility for Women@tech.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and visionary Partnerships Manager to join our Impact Pillar within the Women@Tech Group committee and support highly strategic initiatives to advance women's progression and representation in technology, developing partnerships and engaging executives within the tech industry and government.

Community Pillar Lead

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Community Pillar Lead to join our Community Pillar within the Women@Tech Group committee. This position is ideal for someone with experience in the end-to-end lifecycle of membership and external engagement, but all candidates with different experience and background are welcome to apply!
Digital Customer Engagement Manager
1-2 hours/week
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Community Engagement Manager to join our Community Pillar within the Women@Tech Group committee. In this role, you will drive how Women@Tech engages with individual members across our customer portal, WhatsApp and other digital channels.
Data Manager, Insights & Analytics
1-2 hours/week
We’re looking for a data analytics and insights manager with exceptional analytical, organisational and communication skills. The Community pillar is brand new so there’s lots of opportunity for a new team member to make a big impact right at the start of Women@Tech’s growth.
Companies Engagement Lead for B2B Partnerships
In this role, you will support and partner closely with Member Company Leads from each of the member companies to ensure timely and continuous engagement with the community’s activities. This will include running recurrent monthly meetings with the Leads, supporting them as they engage executive sponsors from each of the member companies, securing re-commitment for membership from the companies, and onboarding new member companies.

Social Media Content Creator - Podcast (Internship)

We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Content Creator Intern to promote our Podcast - The Impact Room. This short-term internship focuses on turning audio soundbites, images, and graphics into engaging social media content that increases our reach and deepens our connection with listeners on platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Cross-Company Mentoring Lead
2 hours/week (dependent on cycles)
The Cross-Company Mentoring Programme is a flagship initiative from Women@Tech — designed to help women in technology grow their confidence, expand their networks.
We’re seeking a Mentoring Programme Lead to take ownership of delivery, innovation, and community engagement. This is a pivotal role that ensures we not only meet our members’ expectations, but also build an impactful, engaging experience that helps women in tech thrive.
Customer Success Manager, Mentoring Programme
2 hours/week (dependent on cycles)
As the Customer Success Manager, you will own the end-to-step participant journey. Your primary mission is to manage all program communications and resolve issues swiftly to maintain high levels of engagement. You will act as a problem-solver who uses initiative to enhance the programme's value, directly impacting our core metrics of participant engagement, retention and Net Promoter Score (NPS).

Executive Engagement Lead

This role will be responsible for developing and executing our executive engagement strategy, with a primary focus on delivering high-impact quarterly executive roundtables with member companies. The successful candidate will serve as the strategic architect for our executive-level events program, ensuring meaningful connections between senior leaders across the UK tech sector while advancing our mission to support women in technology.

Business Development Manager
