Women@Tech provides members with best‑practice insight, peer learning and access to industry thought‑leaders. We focus on moving beyond conversation to action by publishing policies, white papers, and guidance that help companies improve women’s representation in the technology sector. Through partnerships with other influential organisations and change drivers, and initiatives such as the annual gender gap report and executive roundtables, we enable our members to engage in data‑led discussion, share challenges, and influence meaningful change across the technology sector.
