Our keynote speaker, Joy, brings together her experience as a former tech executive, leadership coach and round-the-world sailor. She’ll be joined by a panel of women in tech for honest conversation, candid advice, and practical tools. 

Together we’ll explore how to stay steady when certainty disappears, build the self-trust to make your next move, and recognise the support that can help you get there.
