About the event
Following on from Women@Tech’s second annual mentorship programme launch, we’ll be exploring how mentorship and sponsorship can drive professional growth, foster diversity and inclusion, and empower women in tech.
Research shows that having a mentor or a sponsor can help you get raises, promotions, leadership on key projects, and more. But it’s not always clear how to gain and develop these relationships. Our panelists will share their experiences, insights, and best practices for building meaningful mentorship relationships and securing sponsorship opportunities.
