About the event
The Women at Tech event, "Breaking Through: The Road to Senior Leadership," is designed to engage a more senior audience. The content will focus on career progression and board membership, specifically providing guidance on joining women's boards of directors, including the types of roles and career opportunities available.
The session will feature a talk from Guest Speaker Lisa Jones intended to inspire attendees to consider non-executive director roles alongside their existing executive careers. The event will also include a panel discussion with industry leaders( Google and Ciena speakers) to provide practical advice and share experiences.
