About the event
Women@Tech presents the next event in our ‘lunch and learn’ virtual series.
Author and expert Jay Rai will share her insights on unlocking the bright side of busyness, energising
smarter (not harder), and exploring how pleasure-driven productivity can outshine traditional
goal-setting.
She holds a master’s in neuroscience and psychology of mental health from King's College and brings a unique perspective with her background in both investment management and mental health. Her impressive experience includes working at one of the UK’s leading mental health addiction centres, the Priory Clinic, and sharing her expertise with globally recognised organisations.
Jay is also a proud member of the British Neuroscience Association and Forbes Coaches Council. Most recently, she became a published author with her new book, Brain Tools for the Busy, released by the prestigious publisher Wiley. This book offers practical strategies to help people manage their busy lives with clarity and focus.
