Marketing and Communications
Video Editor
1-2 hours/week
We’re looking for an experienced video editor to drive our video strategy and elevate the Women@Tech brand. We’re a fast-paced but fun team with loads of opportunity for a new team member to make a big impact. Be responsible for Women@Tech’s video guidelines and how this is expressed across our video assets, and more.
Digital Marketing Executive
1-2 hours/week
In this role you will support various work-streams with digital marketing expertise including:

Website updates and improvements as part of the digital team (no programming required)

Creating designs, assessing user journeys, providing feedback on the website.

Campaign support - helping to come up with creative concepts; delivering campaign assets; and developing packs
Campaign Executive
1-2 hours/week
In this role you will support various work-streams with campaigns expertise including:

Supporting campaign lead with execution of campaign strategy
-
Management of campaigns with a focus on generating brand awareness and driving sign-ups to events and initiatives

Responsible for delivery of campaigns across a range of activities including campaign design, delivery, optimisation and reporting
Marketing Planner
1-2 hours/week

Working collaboratively across our committee pillars (e.g. events, impact, development and community) to coordinate marketing requirements.

Support the marketing team to manage the marketing plan ensuring campaigns and marketing activities are briefed and delivered in a timely manner.
Events and Networking
Events Content Creator
2 hours/week

Event Planning and Execution: Plan, organize, and execute virtual events, including webinars, conferences, etc.

Technology Management: Oversee the technical aspects of virtual events, including platform selection, setup, and troubleshooting. Ensure a smooth and seamless virtual experience for participants.
Community
Technical Product Manager
1-2 hours/week
In this role you will help drive our growth journey through:

Build out and Launch a tool (Portal) for streamlining our member’s experience

Defining the online user experience for members

Selection and implementation of a technology partner / tool for an online member portal
Chief Growth Officer

Set clear growth goals ensuring alignment with the overall strategic objectives of Women@Tech.

Develop and implement innovative strategies to significantly increase and retain the membership base of Women@Tech across diverse demographics and seniority levels.

Social Media Content Creator - Podcast (Internship)

We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Content Creator Intern to promote our Podcast - The Impact Room. This short-term internship focuses on turning audio soundbites, images, and graphics into engaging social media content that increases our reach and deepens our connection with listeners on platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
